What We Do

“Christ is the Son of God, who died for redemption of sinners and resurrected after three days. This is the greatest truth in the Universe.”

This truth is the guiding principle of this organization and therefore, we see service to the needy as the service to the God.The core strength of SYLOM is the rare combination of humanity, kindness and gentleness and it is with this potential power that it has been extending its service to communities and the needy individuals for over two decades. Tens of thousands of girls/women, children and people who have benefited from these services have one thing in common to say – we owe SYLOM. Our services could bring a transformation in their lives and make them lead an independent self-reliant life with the support and inputs rendered by SYLOM during their stay in our homes and institutions.

SYLOM has acquired a trustworthy place in the service to humanity in the country for taking up various social and service activities. As a service organization, this centre feels that it has a social responsibility to check, repair, correct and rehabilitate victimized girls/women at the hands of vicious traffickers and anti social elements.
